Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to Assistant Technical Officer/Paravet/ Program Assistant to create selected work area’s beneficiaries and cluster based group
∎ For implementing project create work plan and execution
∎ Select trainer for training and as per training module provide training materials and implement training
∎ Provide supportive information to the farmers for producing highly productive crops and support assistant technical officer
∎ Follow up field level activity and provide technical support
∎ Through training course follow up identify problem and provide solution
∎ Coordination training and different meeting
∎ Provide technical support for safe vegetable, expensive and highly nutrias crop production, processing and marketing
∎ Daily, Weekly and monthly report prepare and provide to RDRS Bangladesh management and its donor part as well
∎ Coordination with Govt. agriculture office: DAE,BARI,BRRI,BADC etc. and coordinate in celebrating different field day
∎ As per plan issue related meeting arrangement and arranges related areas various camp like: Vaccine/dewormer
∎ Specialist selection for the technical advice in issue related meeting
∎ Setting the communication with related govt. and non govt. offices to implement IGA
∎ Supporting to connect between the large buyers and related farmers to expand the marketing system of produce products
∎ Participate in different meeting/seminar/training
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor.
