∎ Graduation/Diploma from any reputed National or International University/Institute.

∎ Minimum 15 years’ experience in reputed garments manufacturing company mainly in denim washing production, with at least 10 years’ experience in managerial role.
∎ The candidate should be technically sound and well conversant with denim garments washing production and quality related issues.
∎ Must have multiple years of working experience in foreign RMG organizations.
∎ Well-versed in the diverse requirements of top global buyers and experience in handling buyer compliance issues strictly to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Age: Maximum 55 years.
∎ Work Station: Factory: Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise washing operations and lead the washing team
∎ Develop and implement washing recipes based on fabric type and buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure proper usage of chemicals and adherence to safety standards.
∎ Plan daily washing schedules based on production targets and shipment deadlines.
∎ Coordinate with production, merchandising, inventory control and quality departments for smooth workflow.
∎ Monitor water and energy usage to ensure eco-friendly and cost-effective operations.
∎ Provide training on new wash techniques and safety protocols.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer and environmental standards (e.g., GOTS, OEKO-TEX).
∎ Implement sustainable washing practices (low water/chemical usage, ETP compliance).
∎ Educational qualification and age may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
