∎ Strong knowledge on Pattern And grading with soft wear, knit garments machinery, garment production processes, and quality control techniques.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Effective communication skills for collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
∎ High level of accuracy and attention to detail in technical processes and quality control.
∎ Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and innovation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire production process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production teams.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures and conduct regular quality audits.
∎ Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product feasibility and consistency.
∎ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure accessibility.
∎ Train and develop production staff on technical procedures and machinery operation.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and machinery.
∎ Monitor and control production costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.up samples;
∎ Technical Troubleshooting in Sample making: In case of any Technical Issue raised during bulk production, work with the team and solve it;
∎ Keep commuting with the merchant team, production team, and other team members of the Quality team for betterment;
∎ Keep communication with the buyer Designer and Tech and Buying team as well as the process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
∎ Any other task given by management.
