Minimum 08 years’ experience in reputed fabric manufacturing company mainly in fabric R&D, with at least 05 years’ experience in managerial role.
The candidate should be technically sound and well conversant with denim fabric R&D and production related issues.
Must have multiple years of working experience in foreign organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of new denim fabrics, finishes, and textures based on market and buyer requirements.
- Research fiber blends, yarn constructions, dyeing methods, and finishing techniques.
- Stay updated on global denim fashion trends, technologies, and sustainability standards to propose new concepts.
- Manage lab-to-bulk development: ensuring that lab dip, strike-off, and sample production match bulk production standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during dyeing, weaving, or finishing stages.
- Work directly with buyers, designers, and sourcing teams to understand denim requirements.
- Drive eco-friendly fabric innovations (i.e. organic cotton, recycled fibers, waterless dyeing, chemical free finishing).
- Explore digital fabric development tools and smart textile technologies.
- Lead a team of R&D executives, technicians, and sample developers.
- Train team members on new fabric technologies, testing methods, and innovation practices.
