Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Education/Early Childhood Development is preferable.
∎ Master’s degree in any other relevant subject with additional degree in Education/Early Childhood Development.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Ukhiya Office.
∎ Reporting to: Senior Manager - ECD
∎ Department: Education
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Till 30th June 2023 (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years working experience with ECD program; with national/international NGO. Working experience in EiE (Education in Emergency) will be added value.
∎ Experience in working as technical hand for supporting early childhood development programs.
∎ Excellent facilitation skills with documented experience of capacity development of staff and partners.
∎ Proven experience of materials development related to ECD programming e.g – Learning materials, training module and messages for parents.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills, appropriate in a multi-cultural environment and effective in representation and coordination with external actors.
∎ Promotes collaboration, appropriate in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle stress and pressure with professional grace
∎ Able to respond rapidly to changing environments.
∎ Excellent Computer skills: MS Office, outlook, and internet.
∎ Excellent written and speaking fluency in Bangla and English.
∎ Experience on Chittagonian dialect will be given priority.
