• Operations & Store Management Oversee daily outlet/store operations Ensure smooth workflow, opening & closing procedures Manage manpower planning and shift scheduling for technical operation.

• Team Management Hire, train, and supervise staff Monitor employee performance and provide feedback Motivate team to achieve sales and service targets

• Technical & Quality Control Maintain product quality standards (drinks, ingredients, hygiene) Ensure food safety and SOP compliance Conduct regular inventory and equipment checks

• Reporting & Admin Work Prepare sales reports, costing reports, and forecasts

• Manage inventory, invoices, and stock control Participate in management meetings

• Customer Experience & Problem-Solving Handle customer complaints and feedback Investigate service or product quality issues Ensure brand standards and presentation are maintained

• Planning, implement & monitor the whole operation in an appropriate cost-effective way. Manage budget, forecast & perform quality controls. Look after purchase material and oversees & warehouse efficiency. Look after marketing & business development. Ensure to achieve of goals & vision.
