∎ Knowledge in Hybrid Rice Seed Production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To survey the seeds market and analyze the data of other competitive companies.
∎ To provide customer service to the farmers about the insect, pest & disease control.
∎ Monitor all officers on sales promotion.
∎ Prepare management report on competition.
∎ Evaluate new market opportunity.
∎ Monitoring products complain and report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-year experience in the above field may be advantage
∎ Working Experience in seed business.
∎ Capable to lead a team.
∎ Responsible for all functions of seed marketing plans.
∎ Business Development.
∎ Market Research.
∎ Brand Promotion.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, Able to meet deadlines.
∎ Reasonable oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
