∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering/ IT related field from any recognized university.
∎ Proficiency in using documentation design tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically diagram drawing tools like Visio, and Figma will be considered an advantage.
∎ Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and writing style.
∎ Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a simplified manner.
∎ Strong research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven track record of preparing comprehensive technical documents for public sector IT projects, including:· Request for Proposal (RFP), Expression of Interest (EOI), Terms of Reference (ToR) and presentation for public & private sectors · Requirement Specifications (SRS, BRS, FRS)· User Manuals, Deployment Guides and Training Materials· Project Progress Reports, Inception Reports, and Final Reports.
∎ Collaborate with project management, software development, QA, business & System analysis, and project teams to gather inputs and convert them into structured documentation.
∎ Ensure all documentation complies with government standards, donor requirements, and project-specific templates.
∎ Maintain version control and documentation repository for easy retrieval and reference.
∎ Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and reader-friendly formats.
∎ Review and edit project proposals and tender documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
∎ Support content development for training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs related to e-Government solutions.
