Job Context:
∎ Ability to effectively describe technically complex material to a non-technical audience.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Visio etc.
∎ Expertise in graphic design will be added advance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update or Prepare Software User Manuals for different stakeholders.
∎ Update all system documents, prepare reports as per client requirements.
∎ Prepare or Update SQL Database Document, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary etc.
∎ Prepare or Update Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Class Document, Software Process Document etc.
∎ Prepare or Update Change Request or Impact Analysis Documents
∎ Prepare various technical documents as per prescribed templates.

∎ Age at least 25 years
