Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field. (Good Skill in English Writing & Reading).
∎ Proven experience in technical writing and content creation, especially in the hardware and software domain.
∎ Strong knowledge of writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
∎ Familiarity with industry-standard documentation tools and software.
∎ Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, understandable language.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
∎ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IoT device, Research and Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, datasheets, and product specifications.
∎ Collaborate with our R&D engineers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible, reader-friendly content.
∎ Develop and update business materials and collect requirements from the Business and Development team such as product brochures, whitepapers, and case studies, and deliver to the R&D team which reflects the original requirement.
∎ Produce engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels to promote our innovations.
∎ Review and improve existing documentation and content for accuracy and relevance.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform content creation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, design, and engineering, to achieve content goals.
