Job Context:
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Cox`s Bazar Office
∎ Reporting to: Chief of Party (COP)
∎ Department: Program Administration
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: 5 years (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
∎ Remuneration Package: Competitive Base Pay with Fringe Benefits (As per IRC National Pay Scale in Bangladesh)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master's degree (or equivalent) in business, agricultural discipline, economics, International Development or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles on a similar team/project
∎ Experience working on large-scale, economic growth related, donor-funded projects (preferably USAID) strongly preferred.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in implementation of projects with a focus on private sector engagement and workforce development.
∎ Experience working and collaborating at senior management level with government, businesses, chambers of commerce, financial institutions, stakeholders, and sector associations in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent skills in stakeholder mapping, outreach, engagement, and partnership development in support of program activities
∎ Demonstrated ability to be flexible and respond to emerging opportunities and overcome barriers.
∎ Demonstrated track record of working in teams, managing senior level staff and fostering partnerships.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills required. Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Bengali desired.
