Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to December 31, 2022

Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 5-6 years of experience in development organizations especially in the areas of project planning, implementation and communications with at least 3 years' experience in Managerial role in relevant field.
∎ Proven track record of work with advocacy on violence against women/child marriage with national level stakeholders
∎ Good skills in design campaign and conducting advocacy agenda
∎ Good knowledge of the political context and key policies relating to women's and girl's rights
∎ Knowledge of key organizations/advocacy coalitions and movements at local and national level working to address child marriage/promote women's and girl's rights
∎ Experience in implementing communications strategies on issues of women's rights/ social change
