∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of experience on leading adult education or training program. Experience and certification as Master Trainer of P.A.C.E is preferred and desired.
∎ Strong facilitation and curriculum development skills.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Bangla typing skills
∎ Understanding on monitoring training programs
∎ Strong team management and people management skill.
∎ Knowledge on budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
∎ Computer skills on MS word, Excel, Power point.
∎ Strong communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Good Understanding on Gender
∎ Working knowledge of current issues in the RMG sector
