∎ Masters in Social Science from a reputed university (Masters on Gender Studies and Law will be preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years proven knowledge/experience on programs/projects specifically focused on gender equality
∎ Knowledge and skills in developing training curriculum/modules particularly in the context of female workers in the formal sector such as RMG
∎ Good understanding of current thinking on gender transformative approaches
∎ Very strong in English writing, presentation and verbal skills (Scores on IELTS etc may be provided)
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Experience of work with private sector organization
∎ Capacity to provide thought leadership in international platforms
∎ Analytical and Facilitation skills
∎ Skilled in MS Office software.
