∎ Master in gender studies, social science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar Regional Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to April 30, 2022 with possibility of Extension

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years' experience in gender programming
∎ Experience of implementing gender program independently working in reputed national or International NGOs.
∎ Experience in conducting comprehensive and rapid situational and need assessments and an understanding of gender requirements in emergency.
∎ Experience in project management
∎ Skills in training, monitoring and evaluation of gender in emergencies
∎ Strong writing skills and report writing.
∎ Good understanding of MS Office applications.
