Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in preferably Psychology, Anthropology, Disaster Management, Social Sciences or combination of significant site management and humanitarian experience in a related area is equally considered.

Job Context:
∎ Based in Cox`s Bazar
∎ The duration of the proposed contract is up to May 31, 2022
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in gender and protection, GBV, GBV case management or psychosocial support.
∎ Masters in preferably Psychology, Anthropology, Disaster Management, Social Sciences or combination of significant site management and humanitarian experience in a related area is equally considered.
∎ Demonstrated experience in GBV Case Management in emergency contexts.
∎ Excellent facilitation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Has expertise and experience in adherence to IASC GBV Case Management Guidelines.
∎ Familiar with humanitarian programming and inter-agency coordination systems.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bangla
∎ Computer skills on MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Commitment to and understanding of CARE core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Commitment and energy to work across multiple sectors and with a variety of actors.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
