Job Context:
∎ Award of job under this recruitment is subject to securing fund from respective donor
∎ Location: Kurigram under Rangpur Division /Jamalpur under Mymensingh Division
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be for (01) one year

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years of experience in development sector with 3 years of particular experience in conducting and managing training, workshop, disaster, climate change, disability and gender related activities.
∎ Experience in working with local government institutions.
∎ Knowledge in gender, youth and children focused approach to development, DRR, CCA and resilience.
∎ Experience working in climate change or DRR program is desirable
∎ Experience in working in flood preparedness
∎ Experience in in community mobilization and organizing learning sharing events involving community, practitioners and researchers and policy makers.
∎ Good communication, report writing and presentation skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Good interpersonal and team management skills.
∎ Gender awareness and a commitment to gender equality.
∎ Experience in maintaining stakeholder relations with local government, administration and civil society
∎ Computer skills on computer software e. g MS office, internet.
