Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering.
∎ For B.Sc CGPA of at least 3.20 (out of 4.00) is needed or For Diploma in Engineering CGPA of at least 3.50 (out of 4.00). Candidates with a 3rd division at any stage of their education need not to apply.

∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project.
∎ Planning and implementation of all training courses.
∎ Maintain, update and store all institutional academic and other documents.
∎ Regular discussions with instructors in order to course progress, learning outcomes, and findings.
∎ Taking appropriate action as required including supervision of trainees, training venues and other facilities as per the course.
∎ To prepare and send to the supervisor on monthly basis reports on the overall coordination of the center including the achievements of the trainees in the courses conducted in the training center.
∎ Support to instructor team to finalize the trainee.
∎ Taking appropriate steps to ensure project rules and order.
∎ Prepare and send reports on program progress, donors, and others as required.
∎ To Assist Job Placement Officer with the decent job placement of trainees.
∎ To properly fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the authorities in Organization related interests of the organization including providing necessary support to other programs of the organization in the work area.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have at least six years of working experience in Skill Training or TVET sector.
∎ Should have at least six years of working experience in Skill Training or TVET sector for BSC Engineer. 10 years’ working experience for Diploma Engineer with 5 years’ working experience at managerial level.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 82,750 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
