∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct survey for selection of the project beneficiaries’ using prescribed format developed by programme.
∎ Facilitate and conduct training for the project beneficiaries and ensure availability of agro-inputs to the beneficiaries.
∎ Provide technical advice and follow up to the beneficiaries of the vegetable cultivation and poultry rearing.
∎ Ensure project related financial support to the beneficiaries and kept related data update.
∎ Ensure proper financial record for various activities against the specific accounts code.
∎ Provide support to prepare report through ensuring related data.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organisation

∎ Excellent language skills both in English and Bengali
