Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Do training needs assessment, organize training and support Career Path Development (CPD), develop module for Young Midwife Leadership (YML) Program of BMS and run,·
∎ Write meeting notes/visit reports, compile divisional/committee reports, write letters, memorandums etc.·
∎ Ensure existing committees of BMS are functional through regular meetings and reporting·
∎ Enroll new members, renew expired members, and make innovative offers to make members·
∎ Ensure membership support, their benefits, identify issues and concerns of BMS members and solve them·
∎ Support advocacy work plan implementation·
∎ Support and coordinate BMS team for smooth running of the operations and financial transactions·
∎ Make a work plan, update that and report to the President, copying the Project Manager

*** BMS office is closed on Friday-Saturday; our working days are from Sunday to Thursday. The Technical Midwife Advisor has to work at BMS office on every Monday for eight (8) hours and 1 hour for the rest of the weekly working days, total expected working hours are 12 in a week. Executives of BMS cannot apply for the technical advisor position and the person who will be recruited as a technical midwife advisor cannot stand for any executive position.
