Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
∎ It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.
∎ Skills Required: Observation and recommendations capability with risk assesment, Problem solving and multi tasking skill, Requirement Analysis, Software Project Management, Team Leading, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Docker based deployment, Java, Kotlin, Laravel Framework, Mobile Application Development in Android and or Cross Platform, PHP Laravel, PHP Programming, REST API, Server Management, Vue JS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
∎ Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
∎ Liaising with team members & Project manager to ensure projects are completed to standard.
∎ Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
∎ Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with competitive industry trends and developments.
∎ Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
∎ Motivating team members and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
∎ Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
∎ Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience with Laravel Framework.
∎ Clear knowledge, and understanding of Service Container, Service Provider, and Facades.
∎ Develop enterprise-level application development with Laravel.
∎ Work with different modern REST APIs.
∎ Writing SPAs with Vue.js.
∎ Working experience with modern CSS.
∎ Talk to different APIs, creating scalable scheduling and job queues that scale to multiple servers.
∎ Develop different modular packages.
∎ Develop advanced reports and dashboards.
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
∎ Solid and strong PHP knowledge.
∎ Really good understanding of OOP, Namespace, Traits & Design Patterns.
∎ Experience with deployment tools and services like AWS, GCP, Docker & Kubernetes.
∎ Competitive Programming Experience will get preference.
