Responsibilities & Context:

Inbound Support (Web + Mobile Application) - 40%

  • Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

  • Record, track, and document online Help Desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.

  • Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues.

  • Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.

  • Meet key performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Collect customer Feedback - 15%

  • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams.

Report Preparation – 15%

  • Prepare a monthly report for the company and for individual clients (MS Office Application).

Up to date with system / System testing – 15%

  • Stay informed about product updates and company services.

Sales support – 10%

Marketing support – 5%

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluent Bangla verbal communication.

  • Moderate English writing & typing skill.

  • Good MS Office skills with a strong grasp of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Bulk data management in Excel.

  • Learning Mindset with Can-Do Attitude.
