Responsibilities & Context:
Inbound Support (Web + Mobile Application) - 40%
Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
Record, track, and document online Help Desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues.
Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.
Meet key performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback – 15%
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams.
Report Preparation – 15%
Prepare monthly reports for the company and for individual clients (MS Office Application).
Up to date with system / System testing – 15%
Stay informed about product updates and company services.
Sales support – 10%
Marketing support – 5%
Additional Requirements:
Fluent Bangla verbal communication.
Moderate English writing & typing skill.
Good MS Office skills with a strong grasp of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Bulk data management in Excel.
