Key Responsibilities

👉 Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations

👉 Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement

👉 Planning and building automated processes wherever possible

👉 Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessments and risk management

👉 Building continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipeline) for various technologies and platforms

👉 Implementing and maintaining caching and messaging solutions (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka) to optimize application performance and decoupled architectures

👉 Guiding team members on DevOps collaboration practices

👉 Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for our multi-tenant application architecture

👉 Monitor application performance using Datadog, Sentry, and AWS CloudWatch

👉 Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation

👉 Manage MySQL and MongoDB databases on AWS

👉 Configure monitoring, alerting, and error tracking systems

Technical Skills

👉 Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, integration patterns, and industry-accepted cloud platforms and services

👉 Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, DigitalOcean

👉 Hands-on experience with CI/CD implementations using AWS and GitHub Actions, including build and release pipelines

👉 2-3 years of AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, ECS, Lambda)

👉 1+ years hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code

👉 1+ years’ experience with Docker containerization

👉 Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting

👉 Experience with Datadog for infrastructure monitoring (1+ years preferred)

👉 Experience with Sentry for error tracking and application monitoring (1+ years preferred)

👉 Linux/Unix system administration skills

👉 MySQL and MongoDB database management

👉 Redis cache management

👉 AWS Services Experience:

✓      Compute: EC2, ECS, Lambda

✓      Storage: S3, EBS

✓      Database: RDS, DocumentDB

✓      Networking: VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers

✓      Monitoring: CloudWatch, CloudTrail
