Experience in transport, urban transport planning, and mass transit master planning, implementation. At least one experience as a Team Leader of urban public transport planning project.

We are looking for a results-driven, and detail-oriented construction related Team Leader - Transport Planner. The right candidate will have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect the talent within the organization, and help guide local employees to reach their full potential through support and mentorship. This dedicated leader will develop and maintain control of all technical operations of construction project.

• Manage the consultant team in all aspects of the comprehensive transport master plan, pre-feasibility study of mass transit network and conceptual design of Truck Terminal.

• Managing day to day coordination, liaison and reporting to DTCA Project Manager.

• Review all relevant past studies relating to urban transport to ensure efficient coordination with the project components.

• Supervise proposal for land acquisition, alignment, depot location, economic and financial analysis and Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).

• Identify and study alignment for Public Transport system (LRT, BRT, MRT, Rail) and priority project and recommend best appropriate system.

• Integration with IMT/NMT and pedestrian facilities.       

• Explain all the study results to the related stakeholders.

• Manages the progress of the project delivery team including the budget and resources; monitor and maintain key project milestones.

• Any other responsibilities according to the TOR and assigned by the Project Director.
