∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finalized contract documents following FIDIC conditions of contract, invite tenders, appraise and adjudicate tenders, vetted tender award recommendations and offer the contract
∎ Responsible for all specifications, tender documents
∎ Liaison with Chief Engineer
∎ Provide all technical assistance required any time to ensure smooth project continuation
∎ Attend Progress and Coordination meetings
∎ Supervision work following FIDIC conditions of contract including on-site quality checking and measurement of quantities; monitoring the overall progress
∎ Certification of work volume and issuance of interim payment certificates as progress payments; assistance in maintaining consolidated project account
∎ Assisted Client in resolution of contractual issues
∎ To assist RHD in resolution of contractual issues
∎ Assist Engineer to coordinate with RHD concerning variations and Claims
