Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieve the targets.
∎ Prepare roaster plans for sales team, Sales analysis and make the highest plan for process betterment.
∎ Maintain the daily inbound and outbound sales targets for the team. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
∎ Monitor the full team with work for their development, maintain proper workflow with reporting, discipline, and train them when needed.
∎ Applicants must be smart, energetic, and have good communication skills.
∎ Good computer skill is required with good typing skills (English 40-50 per minute)
∎ Confident to take challenges and fulfill KPI.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for a longer period and at any time of the week as needed.
∎ Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.
∎ Actively play a role in organizing various marketing activities, including fairs and promotions.
∎ Coordinate with the product and supply (logistics) team to ensure product supply and customer service.
