Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the operations of outreach health services ensure that team to achieve Friendship's vision that 'every individual living in. Friendship's catchment areas lives healthy, fulfilling life enabled by high quality health services
∎ Supervise the team to achieve Friendship's vision that 'every individual living in
∎ Ensure delivery of results as specified in various project documents
∎ Develop the outreach teams at the field level to deliver outreach programmes according to agreed designs
∎ Oversee other initiatives (e.g. training and quality assurance) aimed at strengthening the outreach programme
∎ Supervise to implementing outreach activities
∎ Monitor the performance of projects/activities in assigned area; ensure that they are delivering desired results
∎ Monitor inputs to the planning of field activities; monitor plans on a regular basis to ensure adherence
∎ Ensure smooth flow of logistics and other support from HO to the field
∎ Be familiar with the projects being implemented through the outreach teams; review project results on a regular basis to identify and address problems/challenges
∎ Provide ideas and suggestions for improving programme implementation/programme performance
∎ Ensure that field offices are functioning as per approved norms
∎ Ensure that field offices have the required information and logistics to support the field level activities
∎ Ensure smooth flow of information from HO to field and vice versa; take initiatives to minimize communication gaps between HO and field
∎ Guide the team building initiatives in the field
∎ Appraisals are conducted as per schedule and with quality
∎ Provide inputs in staff development
∎ Mobilize to render timely support to the field teams
∎ Monitor of smooth and timely flow of data from the field to HO
∎ Monitor data collection and provide inputs to development of formats and procedures; data analysis planning
∎ Regularly review data/performance statistics; share as appropriate and use the data for improvement of programmes
∎ Prepare organizational and donor reports
∎ Regularly review monthly progress reports and share as appropriate
∎ Monitor field teams to develop relationships with local NGOs and government agencies as required
∎ Identify potential partners among NGOs/Government departments and other agencies; develop relationship with them to enhance the programme
∎ Foster team building at all levels and in all departments of Friendship
Additional Requirements:
∎ Capable of working independently and believe in bringing positive changes in the lives of marginalized communities.
∎ Must have at least 10 years experiences in program implementation.
∎ The candidate should have excellent inter-personal and team working skills, good command over English language and MS Office etc.
