Responsibility:
Formation & Functioning of Friendship Community Development Committee (FCDC) and Friendship Farmers Club (FFC)
Conduct a survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guidelines.
Maintain a high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to FRIENDSHIP policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring
Develop a work plan and submit it to the Supervisor and ensure its implementation.
Successfully complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.
Organize and facilitate training
Provide input support to the beneficiaries
Time to time share new agricultural (Crop, Livestock, and Fisheries) technology with our FCDC and FFC members and motivate them to implement
Duties:
Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the supervisor
Documentation and Reporting
Liaison with the different stakeholders
Conduct TNA and FINA
Monitor and supervise the project activities
Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop an entrepreneur
Communication and coordination with the internal sector of the organization
Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
Skill and Competencies:
Educational Requirements:
A diploma in Agriculture, Livestock, or Fisheries and experience in the related field.
