• Minimum of 8 years in sewing machine maintenance and repair, with a focus on knit garment machinery.
• Strong team management, training, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Keen eye for identifying potential mechanical problems and ensuring quality standards in knit garment production.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in knit garment manufacturing.

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sewing machine mechanics specializing in knit garment production.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity meets production goals for knit fabrics.
• Diagnose machineries breakdown problems.
• Need to have technical problem solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other machineries.
• Have to setup the line layout like Machine arrange, Folder arrange, machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
• Have to monitor the daily use parts check & new parts check like knife, needle plate, rotary hook, lopper change.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory specific to knit garment machinery.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain machine reliability and workplace safety.
• Work closely with production supervisors to address operational challenges in knit garment manufacturing.
