Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,East West University,BRAC University students will get preference
  • PGD in HRM will get preference.


Requirements:
  • At least 15 years

Skills Required: Administration,Compliance,HRIS/ HR Database Management,Human Resource Management,Labor Law,Safety compliance

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge in Bangladesh labor law.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the garment industry.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure the company’s HR and operational practices comply with labor laws, environmental regulations, and spinning industry standards.

  • Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.

  • To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.

  • Lead compliance initiatives, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to spinning industry standards and legal requirements.

  • Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.       

  • Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.

  • Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.

  • Support management in administrative, disciplinary and grievance issues.
