Additional Requirements: - Strong knowledge in Bangladesh labor law.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the garment industry.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Responsibilities & Context: Ensure the company’s HR and operational practices comply with labor laws, environmental regulations, and spinning industry standards.
Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
Lead compliance initiatives, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to spinning industry standards and legal requirements.
Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
Support management in administrative, disciplinary and grievance issues.
