Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop liaison and maintain liaison with all external stakeholders and look for scopes of new initiatives
∎ Represent Friendship programmatically in Cox’s Bazar and Ukhiya
∎ Oversee the implementation of entire Rohingya Program of Friendship
∎ Develop program initiatives and project outlines which includes staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities.

∎ Develop liaison and maintain liaison with all external stakeholders and look for scopes of new initiatives
∎ Manage performance of all the clinic and provide result management
∎ Responsible for reporting and MIS management.
∎ Monitor the Attendance of staffs in the government and cluster meetings and maintain liaison with national and international bodies
∎ Be aware about all the internal and external policies and notify everyone if there is any change
∎ Keep constant follow up of the PR and Monthly Fund Requisitions and also ensure that all the logistics reaches in time
∎ Responsible for maintaining quality of medicine store
∎ Responsible for management of medicine as well as manage the supply chain of medicines
∎ Solely responsible for medicine requisition in consultation with the doctors and health coordinators
∎ Solely responsible for HR management of the field staffs and maintain strict attendance of staffs and maintain strict HR discipline as per HR policy of Friendship
∎ Responsible for Team building
∎ Visit and ensure quality of service being provided in the satellite clinics
∎ Manage performance of all the clinic and provide result management
∎ Any other task assigned by the line supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum (4) years of experience in senior management position in any private or NGO at Rohingya setting
∎ Have willingness to work in humanitarian response
∎ Have willingness to work in remote and hard to reach areas
Salary: Negotiable
