Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for leadership? Do you have a keen eye for technology, architecture and team development? Then we are looking for you.
As a Team Leader Full Stack Development, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a development team. You will combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills to successfully deliver projects. Together with your team, you will work on innovative web applications.
What will you do?
Lead a team of frontend and backend developers
A fully remote position with flexible working hours.
Contribute technically to projects through hands-on coding, code reviews and architectural decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions and roadmap planning
Promote knowledge sharing within the team and encourage professional growth
Ensure software quality, scalability and security
Optimise processes, tools and workflows using Agile, Scrum and CI/CD practices
What do you bring?
At least four to five years of experience as a full stack developer, including one to two years in a coaching or leadership role
In-depth knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET or Java, and REST APIs
Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset and a collaborative attitude
