Job Vacancy: Shopify App Developer – Team Lead
We’re looking for a Shopify App Developer Team Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team and developing high-quality Shopify apps.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent knowledge of Node.js (backend development is your strong suit)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential
Experience with Shopify APIs and app development (public and custom apps)
Proven experience in team coordination and mentoring developers
Familiarity with REST / GraphQL, Git, and modern development workflows
In-depth knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, React, .NET or Java, and REST APIs
What you will do:
Lead a team of frontend and backend developers
Develop customized Shopify apps (public)
Work fully remote with flexible hours
Contribute technically through hands-on coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions and roadmap planning
Promote knowledge sharing within the team and encourage professional growth
Ensure software quality, scalability, and security
Optimize processes, tools, and workflows using Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD practices
