Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage a team of software developers, including assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and performance reviews.
∎ Foster a collaborative environment to encourage creativity and problem-solving within the development team.
∎ Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architecture for e-commerce platform development.
∎ Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce software development roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and prioritize new features based on user feedback and data analysis.
∎ Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for scalability and speed.
