Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving Deposit Targets: Successfully meet and exceed monthly team and individual liability business targets set forth by the management of CVC Finance Limited.
∎ Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential individual as well as corporate deposit customers, actively follow up to facilitate new deposit customers.
∎ Team Member Sourcing: Demonstrate exceptional skills in sourcing of fund & effective team members to enhance team performance.
∎ Customer Retention and Service: Enhance the renewal and retention rates of existing liability customers by providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing depositor clients of CVC Finance.
∎ Product Development: closely work with other concern department for product development.
