Job Context:
∎ IDARE is currently seeking to hire a Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer to lead an enthusiastic team and support our work onsite and support our clients. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of the WordPress platform as well as general web development standards and best practices. Strong front-end web development skills, an eye for design, organizational skills and adaptability are crucial to success in this position.

∎ IDARE is a Houston based web software technology start-up, focused on building a scalable web application in the Oil & Gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the operational planning and implementation of existing systems.
∎ Provide strategic and tactical guidance to the project staff members to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the project.
∎ Ensure that implementation process/strategies and relevant policies/procedures are properly followed at every stage of the project implementation.
∎ Develop, Test, Deploy maintain and improve web applications
∎ Advanced programming Skill in Python and PHP.
∎ Experienced at Python's Django system.
∎ Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and platform services
∎ Experience with AngularJS, jQuery or React etc.
∎ Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
∎ Ability to express ideas clearly within the team
∎ Knowledge in open source products like Wordpress/ Magento/ osCommerce etc.
∎ Good Knowledge in XHTML, CSS, HTML5 etc.
∎ Should have experience in integrating 3rd party APIs like Google map, payment gateways, service APIs etc
∎ Should have knowledge working in Linux Environment
∎ Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
∎ Test all new and existing sites for performance, scalability and browser compatibility
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Git, Docker is plus.
∎ Good understanding of requirements analysis and database design.
∎ Team player with excellent English Communication skills
∎ Should be a clear communicator, a self-starter, an open collaborator and deadline-oriented
∎ Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadline
∎ Technical blog or open source contribution will be considered as added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
