Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Bachelors in any discipline from any reputed/UGC approved local or foreign university with good academic record.

∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and grow the assigned client relationships through coordination of regular client pitching, working closely with commercial banking teams and product partners.
∎ Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts with special emphasis on New-to-Bank business booking, and also oversee the marketing and business development efforts of the team.
∎ Maximize customer profitability through cross sales of all bank products and appropriate loan pricing.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research.
∎ Track the macroeconomic changes, maintain in-depth knowledge about the local and international market and take appropriate measures to align with the internal business strategies.
∎ Ensure credit quality is maintained and that reviews are current at all times.
∎ Ensure facility risk grades are accurate, and are changed in a timely manner as soon as adverse information is known.
∎ Ensure a prudent level of portfolio diversification and manage plans, budgets and financial controls to meet strategic plans and objectives.
∎ Contribute to the development of relationship management skills of Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers.
∎ Set / amend Key Performance Indicators of Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers and the Segment of Commercial Banking for the purpose of performance monitoring and quality measurement in a systematic way both for assets and liabilities.
∎ Monitor / review Commercial Banking portfolio by segment on overall basis and by product, industry, client relationships and other parameters on periodic basis.
∎ Provide good customer service while ensuring the Bank's interest is protected.
∎ Assess client needs and work with product specialists to structure appropriate product solutions demonstrating to the clients a full understanding of their needs.
∎ Be the escalation point for portfolio clients, proactively solving issues, and escalating as appropriate to ensure quick resolution of any issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with Bank Credit Policies and Central Bank regulations.
∎ Be responsible for overseeing the overall action plans for addressing control weaknesses or compliance issues noted by Internal Audit Department, external auditors or the Compliance Function.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of working experience in reputed commercial banks or financial institutions.
∎ Experience in planning, developing and managing team's portfolio to ensure high profitability and sustained growth in line with the Bank's strategic plan, credit policies and business objectives.
∎ Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Superior people relationship skills and awareness in risk management concepts and practices. Must be positive, dynamic, proactive, value driven and hardworking in nature having ownership.
