Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in talent Acquisition which includes preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, CV shortlisting, arranging interviews and finalizing selection tasks.
∎ Assist in designing and administering assessment centers for talent assessment.
∎ Work as the single point of contact for the organization’s Management Trainee program. Perform the role of admin & career/guide for Management Trainees during their first 3 years of service ensuring placement, development & retention.
∎ Assist in the overall talent development process by collaborating with relevant parties, organizing the orientation and training as per schedule, etc.
∎ Maintain documents and records and analyze data received from different sources & prepare different reports regarding and ensure timely delivery. Assist in developing different tools for talent review.
∎ Assist in preparing & monitoring the budget of the program and talent management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management.
