Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with factory managers and team leads to identify skill gaps in quality, technical, production, and mechanic teams.
∎ Assess current performance metrics (e.g., defect rates, defect types, customer complaints, etc) to prioritize training areas.
∎ Design comprehensive training programs upon the needs of each team (quality, technical, production, and mechanic).
∎ Develop training materials, including manuals, SOPs, videos, and hands-on exercises, focusing on garment manufacturing processes, quality control, machinery operation, and maintenance.
∎ Incorporate industry best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and international quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, GMP, QAFA, etc.)
∎ Conduct training sessions (classroom and on-the-job) across all factories, ensuring consistency in content and delivery.
∎ Train team leads and supervisors to act as internal trainers for ongoing skill development.
∎ Use interactive methods such as workshops, simulations, and practical demonstrations to enhance learning outcomes.
∎ Develop KPIs to measure training effectiveness, such as reduction in defect rates, eliminating customer complaints and further improving productivity.
∎ Conduct post-training assessments, surveys, and follow-up sessions to evaluate skill application and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Provide regular reports to HK QA and CMO on training progress and impact on factory performance.
∎ Stay updated on customer requirements and best practices in garment manufacturing and quality control.
∎ Recommend updates to training programs to address evolving needs and ensure alignment with company strategy.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across all teams.
