Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide First Level Help Desk support service to all users whenever necessary
∎ Provide the second level support for client software related issues
∎ Evaluate new software and tools and deploy globally
∎ Support other IT teams to deploy App related projects globally
∎ Maintain and operate efficiently the global systems (Office 365, Intune, Lifesize...)
∎ Provide advanced help in IT training, software knowledge (primarily to Office 365) to user
∎ Be responsible for hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Aptitude for acquiring skills in digital technologies and an eagerness to learn
∎ Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
∎ Strong people skills and a taste for problem solving
∎ Ability to maintain composure and user focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
∎ Able to work under stress to meet tight deadline
∎ Good command of spoken and written English
∎ 2 year working experience in system maintenance and technical support is an advantage
∎ Experience with Office 365 is preferable
∎ Degree holder/High Diploma in I.T. or relevant disciplines is appreciated
