Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
∎ Certified in CompTIA IT Fundamentals and CompTIA A+
∎ Certified as Associate Electronics Technician from ETA (Optional)
∎ Completion Certificate for any other vocational courses related to servicing of desktop PCs, printer and scanner
∎ Skills Required: Computer Engineering, Computer Technician

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Customer Support, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies

Job Context:
∎ You should have experience in mother board level trouble shooting and technical knowledge on various tools to fix computer components , parts and accessories .
∎ You should know system diagram and chips level trouble shooting .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking Incoming shipment of computer components such as Hard disk drive , Memory module , Network equipment and communication device . Identify the problem and Apply the fixing solution .
∎ Apply diagnostic tools and utilities and upgrade firmware and reprogram component bios .
∎ Resolve customer complain about our products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and writing , very sound knowledge in Computer hardware and software . Should be bale to write service report .
