• Provide SAP application support for all users across the business and train new users.

• Help the SAP project team and the project manager during system upgrades or changes.

• Provide Level 1 user support on SAP related functional and technical issues Ensure all issues or requirements, escalated into Hong Kong support, are completed in time.

• Assist with SAP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) integration activities and SAM upload.

• Perform system access testing including assessment of user roles/profiles.

• Analyze, evaluate SAP data including Bill Of Material (BOM), Sales Order (SO), Purchase Order (PO) and inventory movements.

• Prepare reports on common user mistakes and train users to minimize future mistakes.

• Maintain logs/documentation of work activities, SAP system changes, SAP system configurations, procedures, and other.
