Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Cloud Computing, IT network, Programmer/ Software Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manages the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization's local area network hardware/software
∎ • Strong understanding of IP Network, Ability to implement and manage NAS
∎ • Experience in working with Windows (Server 2019, Server 2016, Server 2012 etc.)
∎ • Implement and manage system contingency plan and backups.
∎ • Internal Customer Support (Physical & Over Telephone)
∎ • Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers & UTM(s); adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc
∎ • Ensures technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed.
∎ • Trouble Shooting of Network Hardware & Software
∎ • Server Installation and Configure (mail, proxy, NAT etc) under Linux & Windows.
∎ • Knowledge of LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Hub, Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM) and their installation, configuration & cabling.
∎ • Strong Experience in Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.
∎ • Experience in developing and using drive imaging technologies, server and client based anti-virus protection strategies, and robust automated backup solutions.
∎ • Manages technology inventory to include procurement and disposal.
∎ • Maintain a good overview of the day-to-day operational demands and routine operations and facilitates the interface with end users to smoothen the whole Helpdesk and PC Support operations.
∎ • Responsible for the configuration of the local purchased equipment to compare the different vendors' quotation (includes: cabling, leased line, server, rack, patch panel, door access, CCTV, IP Phone and UPS)
∎ • Configure and maintaining Data Server, File Server, ADC Server, DHCP Server, Cisco Router, Wi-Fi, CCTV, UTM
∎ • Work in a team environment and in critical situations.
∎ • Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
∎ • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.
∎ Additional Qualifications / Skills:
∎ • Experience in Networking, Maintenance and IT management
∎ • Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network
∎ • Knowledge on application software management over different OS
∎ • Knowledge on Mail, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ • Knowledge of systems engineering software tools
∎ • Information security, Good cloud experience
∎ • Knowledge About various software making programs
∎ • Primary knowledge about various programming language
∎ • Understanding of Life cycle of Software or Applications
∎ • Data architecture and programming proficiency
∎ • Self-driven and hard working
∎ • Smart, fluent in English and presentable
∎ • Organizational skills, Leadership, Attention Details
∎ Education and Experience Requirements:
∎ • BSc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ any IT related subject
∎ • MSc will be an added advantage
∎ • Various Network related training Certification may be helpful
