Requirements:

∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, specifically supporting MAC and Windows platforms
∎ Strong knowledge of IT networking, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless technologies.
∎ Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
∎ Experience with IT system installations, configurations, and maintenance.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide dedicated IT support to the Board of Directors, ensuring all their technical needs are met promptly.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on both MAC and Windows platforms.
∎ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
∎ Manage and maintain IT networking infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
∎ Support corporate office staff with IT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.
∎ Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Document and maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
∎ Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and IT policies.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT and networking technologies
