Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B.Sc in ETE, ECE, EEE, CSE or Equivalent
∎ Diploma in ETE, ECE, EEE, CSE or Equivalent with at least 2 years relevant Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation & Maintenance activity of Softswitch, APP platform, Session Boarder Controller.
∎ System Health check.
∎ Customer complain receiving (corporate & Retail ), follow-up and Response to customer.
∎ Troubleshooting on supervision of Senior.
∎ Service provisioning on supervision of Senior
∎ QA and Call Testing.
∎ Duty at 24x7 Roster
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
