Responsibilities & Context:
Explore business opportunities with international Telecom Operators and develop business for the company by identifying new opportunities in carrier voice & SMS wholesale and Retail market.
Communication with prospective carriers on a routine basis and develop rapport by establishing a communication channel with potential customers.
Develop potential business case and Process new contract signing after exchanging business and technical information and co-ordinate with each respective departments to commercialized the new carrier.
Attend International telecom conferences to develop sales and network when required.
Assist in creating plans and strategies to win business from both new and existing carriers.
Work as key point of contact between Customer & Company. Provide prompt commercial and technical support to the existing telecom companies specially by analyzing their potential business and ensure effective customer service.
Manage portfolio of customer, review deals and achieve sales target.
Provide daily and weekly detailed forecast, market knowledge and propose opportunities to meet or exceed team sales target.
Generation of daily, monthly and quarterly reports and routinely cross- check the quality and utilization of the existing customers and suppliers.
