Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand PPMO needs to define system specifications
∎ Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
∎ Unified Modeling for different phases of development
∎ Communicate system requirements to software development teams
∎ Based upon PPA/PPR identify functional needs and provide advice on areas for improvement.
∎ Engage the community of users in defining system requirements
∎ Design and facilitate key stakeholder survey and/or focus groups to identify areas for further improvement, priortize findings and achieve stakeholder consensus.
∎ Experience to configure or modify systems to enhance workflow.
∎ Identify opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency gains in procurement operations. Draft business case withrecommendations on simplifying existing processes.
∎ Analyze the procurement systems market and identify potential systems/solutions.
∎ Write system functional specifications aligned with procurement business needs.
∎ Proactively researching and recommending changes to system design, configuration or workflow to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness.
∎ Create detailed design documentation
∎ Work for preparation of policies required for e- GP system.
Additional Requirements:

∎ work in IT/ITES projects as a system analyst or equivalent.
∎ Experience in working Agile development framework.
∎ Experience in business systems analysis including business requirements
∎ specification, business process analysis, object oriented design paradigm.
∎ Competent to use of system analysis and design CASE tools.
∎ Experience defining and managing rules- based workflows, approvals, queue
∎ management, and dashboards
