∎ Job station / location will be at Kawran Bazar Branch.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare technical documents and proposal for local and international stakeholders
∎ Existing system understanding and risk factor analysis and proposed to optimize and secure solution for local/international clients
∎ Understanding and capturing the technical requirements for various enterprise, mobile App and iOS software system.
∎ Possess handsome knowledge on ERP and HRM, Commercial, Procurement, Fixed Assets Management, inventory management & Integrate Accounting system.
∎ Interpret Software system, analyze documents using standard modeling/techniques and provide system design.
∎ Prepare Software prototypes for Technical proposal and development using standard analytics tools.
∎ Create Software system UI dashboards, graphs and visualizations.
∎ Experience domain knowledge on various Enterprise solution like ERP, Mobile App, iOS.
∎ Working closely with Project Manager, Developers and QA teams.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill with Bangla and English
∎ Technical Sound knowledge on global trends of current technologies like Web, mobile, E-Commerce, ERP, AI, Big data, Data Science
∎ Demonstrate leadership abilities to our commercial and government clients with the deployment of software enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules.
∎ Complete and maintain comprehensive product road maps based upon customer input, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
∎ Smart documentation for System prototype system, Database Design, ppt Presentation

∎ Ability to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision
∎ Write logical, comprehensive, concise reports and correspondence
∎ Communicate effectively orally and in writing in English
∎ Acquire domain expertise in the functions and activities of the department
∎ Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
∎ Develop and document business and processes, functions and procedures
∎ Effectively represent the organization to customers
∎ Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
∎ Highly energetic and self-disciplined
∎ Proactive with learning and should have 'Can Do' Attitude
∎ Ability to work under pressure or handle the stress
