Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• Bachelor’s in Finance/ Accounting, or related field; BBA/MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.

• 2 to 3 years

• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
• Hands-on knowledge of IAS/IFRS, Budgeting, Approval workflow, Tax & Asset management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.

Job Context: PrismERP is seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in ERP implementation, focusing on financial modules, asset management, budgeting, workflow optimization and IAS/IFRS compliance. The role bridges finance, accounting and IT, ensuring seamless ERP deployment, process improvement and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong ERP experience, financial expertise, and a proven ability to optimize workflows and drive adoption of new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP project planning, configuration, testing and deployment (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Budgeting, Tax).
• Ensure ERP processes and reporting comply with IAS/IFRS standards.
• Design, implement and optimize budgeting, forecasting and financial workflows
• Conduct UAT, data migration, reporting and training for end-users.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT and ERP consultants for successful adoption.
